As a professional Fitness Trainer, my passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to safely push you to your limits and beyond using the time tested NASM periodization model to go from basic movements to advanced strength training based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals. I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.

I first sought help from Brandon to get back into shape, help prepare for turning 60, and get ahead of health issues such as arthritis, high blood pressure, and stomach problems. Without sounding like I am speaking in hyperbole my experience with Brandon has been life changing.
